Dissertation Writing Intensive

The intensive is an opportunity for students who have recently advanced to candidacy or have recently completed their field work to begin writing their dissertations. The aim of the program is to walk writers through the process of drafting their first chapter during the eight-week session. 90% of past participants have successfully completed a full draft during the program. To be eligible, students must have an approved prospectus, have advanced to candidacy, be at the beginning stages of drafting the dissertation, and expect to be enrolled as a full-time graduate student in a CHASS department.

The 2024 Dissertation Writing Intensive will take place in Fall 2024.
